Dip-Pot Handling System
CLL designed and built an outlet conveyor for handling Garlic dip pots. Previously the customer collected the pots in a tray, sorted and orientated them, then stacked them in boxes. The new system saved hours in production time and streamlined the whole packing process.

A basic food quality belt conveyor enabling these operatives to complete the topping process on custard tarts

Garlic Bread Line
A modular belt that is easily cleaned, transports these fragile bread slices into a spiral freezer. The mobile PU feed conveyor transfers the slices without product damage due to a knife edge transfer.
